This kick-off class will cover components of supported scaffolding, pump jack scaffolding and ladder jack scaffolding.
You will also walk away knowing their proper set up and safety while in use.

LADDERS

At the jobsite or at home, ladders are a commonly used item that can also lead to some major safety problems!
You will learn how to select the proper ladder for the task, ladder set-up and use, ladder inspections and ladder-jack scaffold safety.

TRENCHING & EXCAVATING

At the final class in the series, we will learn about types of excavations, soil types and classifications, protection systems needed, safety requirements, and the duties of a competent person.
