Registration deadline is Nov. 10.

Thanks for your interest in the Health, Tech and Trades Career Expo on Nov. 30, 2023, at the Fargodome.

Details to review before you register:

  • Schools are required to sign the Fargodome Lease Agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance. Before completing your registration, please download the Lease Agreement and the signature page. 
    • See Section 4B for insurance requirements.
    • Please upload the signature page and Certificate of Insurance during registration. If not possible, please email them to Hannah Johnson at marketing@hbafm.com.
  • Each school will be scheduled for a 1 hour 15 minute time slot on the exhibit floor. You can select your preferred time to attend below. We do our best to honor each request.
  • We offer breakout sessions in conjunction with the North Dakota STEM Network. These opportunities are only available to schools bringing a maximum of 25 students (space allows only 25 students per session).
  • Lunch is not provided for students.
  • Students are the responsibility of the counselors, teachers, and chaperones. The Fargodome will be filled with hands-on activities for students to take part in. We encourage them to explore.

Exhibit Floor Visit

Please select up to three time slots that you prefer.

Each school is scheduled for a 1 hour 15 minute time slot on the exhibit floor.

It is our goal to create a great experience for students and manage the total number of students on the field at one time. Therefore, your preferred time slot is not guaranteed. A confirmed time will be communicated with you at a later date. 

9:00 - 10:15 a.m.
9:15 - 10:30 a.m.
9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
9:45 - 11:00 a.m.
10:00 - 11:15 a.m.
10:15 - 11:30 a.m.
12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
12:15 - 1:30 p.m.
12:30 - 1:45 p.m.
12:45 - 2:00 p.m.
