The Downtown Living Tour is a scattered site tour of multiple downtown Fargo properties ranging from rentals to owned condos to single-family homes. This tour captures the essence and uniqueness of downtown: walkable, convenient access to entertainment, restaurants, art, shopping and a lot more. 
Held during the Red River Market and promoted in conjunction with downtown business partners, the Downtown Living Tour aims to introduce and illustrate the buzz and excitement downtown for area residents to explore housing options in a low-pressure environment and experience the possibilities of 'downtown living!'
