Eid-Co Homes builds single-family homes in West Fargo, Fargo, Moorhead, and surrounding communities, and specializes in one-level patio homes for retirees and young professionals. Patio homes have generous square footage, 2-3 stall garages, lawn care and snow removal included, and have lots of storage space. Our company has been a staple in the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding communities for 67 years. The company started in 1951, building affordable homes for soldiers returning from war. Since then we have built 5000 homes. Today’s Eid-Co Homes is under the leadership of 3rd generation builder, Jason Eid. Jason brings a different vision and leads his team to focus on high-end craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unique floor plans.
