Verity Group promotes two while celebrating 15-year milestone with BisMan Chamber


Bismarck, N.D., February 24, 2023 — As The Verity Group teams up with the Bismarck Mandan Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the company’s 15-year partnership and significant local economic impact, two longtime company leaders are being promoted to C-level positions to set in motion Verity’s expansion and diversification goals.

2023 has already been a year of growth for the newly rebranded real estate business. Former Chief People Officer, Aaron Tackett, was recently named CEO, taking over for Verity founder and current President, Arthur Goldammer. The much-anticipated move frees Goldammer up for more long-term strategic planning and execution, such as new business acquisitions and land development.

Now, two more internal employees will join Tackett at the leadership table. Former Director of Marketing, Ashley Anderson, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and former Director of Sales, Rory Anderson, has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

“In her new role, Mrs. Anderson will be responsible for working closely with myself to formulate, facilitate and implement our organization's strategic initiatives, processes and future goals while ensuring The Verity Group maintains a robust and competitive advantage in all current and future markets,” Tackett said in announcing the promotion. “Mrs. Anderson will analyze markets, trends and products and coordinate tactics to ensure we are able to complete our company's goals and mission along with identifying strategic risks and helping to reduce or eliminate those risks.”

In his new role as CRO, Mr. Anderson will take over all sales and marketing functions for The Verity Group, as well as assuming responsibility for every process that generates revenue for the organization as a whole. With more than a decade of leadership experience at Verity, Mr Anderson is ideally positioned to strategically connect all the various revenue-generating operations. He will tap his decades of sales experience to improve sales performance, develop new product opportunities and modernize pricing strategies across the entire portfolio of business entities, all while continuing to deliver a superior customer experience for every Verity client.

The new leadership team was aligned to realize The Verity Group’s significant goals of large-scale growth and continued diversification during the next ten years. In just the past 18 months, Verity has launched several new businesses, including a real estate brokerage, a consumer insurance company and a land development operation that has already outpaced growth expectations. With such a diversified portfolio — and plans already in motion for more — Verity Group is positioning itself as a full-service solution for all categories of real estate clients.
