The HBA of F-M's most popular member events, our Golf Outings, will open for sponsorship and registration next month! Dates will be July 20 and Aug. 17 at Hawley Golf & Country Club.
Early next month, watch for sponsorship opportunities which allow you early team registration. These events routinely sell out so don't shank your shot!

Giving Hearts Day was a smashing success!

You generously gave over $50,000 to support Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation's community build projects, scholarships and workforce-centered programming.
Home Builders Care is the HBA of F-M's charitable arm. Their donor base increased by 66% over last year. A huge thank you to the F-M Area Association of Realtors for their partnership in fundraising and our friendly competition to win the "Building The Future" Cup. While the Builder Team came out on top, everyone was a winner in the end.
Final breakdown: $42,470 raised by 𝘉𝘜𝘐𝘓𝘋𝘌𝘙 𝘛𝘌𝘈𝘔: $7,888 raised by 𝘙𝘌𝘈𝘓𝘛𝘖𝘙 𝘛𝘌𝘈𝘔: $594 raised by 𝘈𝘕𝘖𝘕𝘠𝘔𝘖𝘜𝘚 = $50,952 𝘛𝘖𝘛𝘈𝘓

- HBA of F-M emailed a call to action on Minnesota Senate File 2 and House File 2 last week. They relate to paid family and medical leave. These alarming bills continue advancing. Take action!
- HBA of F-M and the North Dakota Association of Builders addressed a bill that would have practically eliminated building basements in the Red River Valley.
- Minnesota's Construction Codes Advisory Council met Feb. 9, discussing several topics impacting you!

Spring Parade of Homes early registration due March 10

The Spring Parade of Homes will be the first two weekends in May, plus Mondays. It now includes newly constructed homes, remodeling projects and rental properties. In addition to this new approach to entries, we're showing off a brand new logo!
