Building Officials Roundtable 2025

Description

The BIA-RRV Building Officials Roundtable is an interactive opportunity for builders and contractors to hear about the most recent code changes and expectations directly from the top. 

Local officials from throughout the metro area and beyond will discuss compliance issues and present information and scenarios that will reduce surprises. They will also take questions and comments. 

Building officials will be added to the list as they confirm attendance:

• Mike Moss (Moorhead),
• Shawn Ouradnik (Fargo), 
• Steve Schroeder (Dilworth)

We will also be joined by Peggy Amsbaugh, Fargo Engineering, for a refresher on private construction erosion and sediment control permitting and inspections, as well information regarding rear yard drainage issues in new residential neighborhoods.

Cost is $20 and includes lunch for in-person attendees.
