Workplace Sensitivity/Preventing Harassment

Description

This training event is an annual requirement for the following groups:

• HBA Staff
• HBA Directors
• Home Builders Care Foundation Trustees
• Health Plan Management Committee Trustees
• Committee Chairs & Vice Chairs 

This session will be offered virtually or in-person at the HBA of F-M but WILL NOT be recorded due to cost constraints. It will be instructed by EAP Trainer Tanya Fraizer from The Village Business Institute. A meeting link will be sent to all virtual attendees closer to the date of the training.

Harassment Training Objectives:

1. Identify who may become a victim of sexual harassment or a hostile work environment
2. Consider the effects on staff and organization
3. Define types of harassment
4. Explore prevention and ways to handle issues
