Good employees are hard to find, but sometimes even harder to keep! Learn from Candice Ahmann and Matt Helander from Express Employment Professionals on what YOU can do to effectively hire and maintain good employees. 

Points include:

• Working with the younger generation/retaining people with a competitive benefits plan. A special focus  placed on the construction industry and small employers. 
• Addressing challenges of employees being in the "driver's seat" when job-hunting, sign-on bonuses and job hopping, plus benefits that appeal to today's workers in our industry.
