Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Training is designed to equip employees with essential knowledge and practical skills to respond effectively in emergency situations, enhancing workplace safety and minimizing risk. This training covers a comprehensive range of scenarios, including fires, natural disasters, medical emergencies, hazardous material incidents, and active threats. Participants will learn evacuation procedures, communication protocols, first-response actions, and how to use emergency equipment. Participants will have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in an emergency, empowering them to act quickly and effectively.
Cost is $20 and includes a light breakfast. In-person and virtual attendance available. A recording will be available for purchase and sent after the session.
Meet the instructor:
Brian Lauwers, CHST has worked within the construction industry for over 20 years, mainly in commercial construction. Currently he is the Regional Manager for the Dakotas Region and is responsible for providing construction safety services and association outreach.
