This meeting is being held  for past Parade participants, The Parade Committee and The Board of Directors.

Let us come together to discuss and decide on the following issues.

1. 2023 POH Rules:
   1. Marketing non-registered Parade homes. 
      1. Financial health of the HBA 
   2. Address allowing remodeled homes and condo's on the parade tour and rename/rebrand?
      1. RHT & DLT cannot sustain as stand alone events.
2. 2023 POH Dates; Two options will be presented
   1. Two weekends with Sat & Sun noon to 5 p.m. and Monday noon to 8 p.m.  
   2. Two weekends with Thurs, Fri (3 or 4 to 8 p.m.), Sat & Sun noon to 5 p.m.

 You will be provided the survey results from this last spring.
