Holding People Accountable with Art Atkinson

Many leaders think of holding people accountable in a punitive manner. However, there are methods to view accountability that are much more effective and productive. 

This session is especially beneficial for small businesses and teams. 

During this program, you will learn:

• How to get your team members to perform to the best of their ability

• How important it is that your vision and each team member’s vision align

• How to best help a struggling team member

Leaders at all levels of management will come away challenged to think about accountability in a different way and encourage teams to accomplish more with a better spirit and attitude!
