Minnesota Code Enforcement

Next, you'll hear about the Minnesota Building Code from Moorhead Building Official Mike Moss as he and his team enforce the code locally. Hear what he looks for, requirements and proper compliance, especially as it relates to licensing.

Contracts for Today's Market: Residential Contracts A-Z

Learn important aspects to consider when drafting contracts for customers that take into consideration Minnesota law. Then, a panel of local builders ranging from custom homebuilders to production, will discuss various pricing options, their pros/cons and more.
