Workplace Civility & Preventing Harassment

Description

This training is an annual requirement for the following groups:

• BIA Staff
• BIA Directors
• Home Builders Care Foundation Trustees
• Health Plan Management Committee Trustees
• Committee Chairs & Vice Chairs 

This session will be offered virtually or in-person at the BIA-RRV but WILL NOT be recorded due to cost constraints. It will be taught by Susan Williams, Village Business Institute. A meeting link will be sent to all virtual attendees closer to the date of the training.

Training Objectives:

1. Identify who may become a victim of sexual harassment or a hostile work environment
2. Consider the effects on staff and organization
3. Define types of harassment
4. Explore prevention and ways to handle issues
