We’re thrilled to announce Bill Owens, NAHB’s 2025 first vice chairman and a nationally respected remodeler and builder, as our keynote speaker. Owens brings more than 40 years of experience and leadership in residential construction and will share his vision for the future of our industry.

Local industry awards honoring exceptional contributions:

• Builder Volunteer of the Year: Adam Olson – Allstar Construction
• Associate Volunteer of the Year: Bob Miller – Cass County Electric Cooperative
• Home Builders Care Foundation Volunteer of the Year: Tyler Holland – Holland Enterprises
