Key Responsibilities
- Assess Project Requirements: Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to understand the scope and requirements of each drywall installation project.
- Estimate Material and Labor Costs: Conduct thorough assessments of material needs and labor requirements for each project, considering factors such as project size, complexity, and timeline.
- Prepare Accurate Bids and Proposals: Utilize your expertise to prepare detailed and accurate bids and proposals that reflect the estimated costs and ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary information, address any concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Adjusting Future Project Costs: Keeping accurate records and updating pricing databases as needed to track variances and ensure profitability.
- Stay Informed of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in drywall installation to continually refine estimating processes and remain competitive in the market.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in estimating construction industry projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in construction industry estimating software (Planswift – or experience in similar estimating software system and/or ability to learn estimating software system)
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

Salary
$75,000+, depending on experience
$3,000 Sign-on bonus
