Ackerman-Estvold's Kramer passes ARE tests and earns professional architect license

Ackerman-Estvold is excited to announce Jared Kramer has passed all six of his Architect Registration Examinations (ARE) tests. These exams are designed to assess aspects of architectural practice related to health, safety and welfare. The ARE is a multi-division exam addressing knowledge and skills regarding the practice of architecture. Specifically, the ARE focuses on areas which affect the integrity, soundness and health impacts of a building, as well as an architect’s responsibilities within firms, such as managing projects and coordinating the work of other professionals. The current version of the exam features six 4-hour exams. Upon passing all exams, Kramer applied to the North Dakota State Board of Architecture to obtain his license and submitted his qualifications to American Institute of Architects to receive his AIA designation.

Kramer has over 6 years of architecture industry experience and has been with Ackerman-Estvold for four years serving as Project Designer in the Fargo office. His work includes project management, construction drawings and rendering design, project design and construction administration for a variety of project types. Jared earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Master of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND.
