The Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley has partnered with Overland, Kansas, based Strategic Value Media, a leading nationwide provider of print and digital media solutions to the national, state and local trade and membership associations, to help put together the 2025 edition of the Permits Plus newsletter. This premier resource is an official BIA-RRV publication.
