Cass Clay Community Land Trust seeking renovation contractors for Fargo housing project

Cass Clay Community Land Trust (CCCLT) specializes in developing new and renovated homes for low- to moderate-income homebuyers throughout the community. CCCLT is seeking bids/proposals to complete one extensive home renovation project in Fargo, North Dakota, with opportunities for additional renovation projects in the future. Cass Clay Community Land Trust encourages submissions from experienced, licensed and insured contractors committed to quality workmanship and community development.
