Dakota Chapter of CFMA presents session on effective leadership

The Dakota Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association is presenting an informative session on effective leadership, led by speaker Dwight Bailey. The event is occurring from 1-4:30 p.m. on Aug. 8 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West Fargo. It is required of participants to take 2 online assessments, free of charge. The combined duration of the assessment time is approximately 7 minutes. This session is free to those who are a member of the Dakota Chapter of CFMA and $40 to non-members.

Dwight Bailey is the founder and President of FirstServe Leaders. FSL is a full-service effective leadership development company committed to providing individuals and organizations with the experiences necessary to enhance leadership effectiveness. Dwight has received high marks for his past presentations, including sessions at the CFMA Annual Conference.

The Dakota Chapter of CFMA was founded on Aug. 12, 2012, as the 89th chapter of CFMA. They have earned awards recognizing the strength and ingenuity of their chapter since its inception in a Chapter of the Year Award in 2017 and a Founder's Award in 2020. The Dakota Chapter strives to provide its members with exceptional value through education and networking opportunities.
