Roers celebrates 50 year anniversary

Roers is proud to announce the celebration of its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of building and developing communities across North Dakota and the surrounding region.

Founded in 1976 by Jim Roers, the company began with a vision to deliver high-quality projects that support growing communities.

What started with a handful of condominium developments has evolved into a diversified organization with expertise in construction, development, commercial and residential property management and real estate services.

Over the past 50 years, Roers has completed more than 400 projects, including multifamily housing, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, educational spaces, government facilities, and community-focused developments. The company’s growth has been driven by a commitment to quality, strong partnerships, and a collaborative approach to every project.

To commemorate this milestone, Roers will host community celebrations throughout the summer:

May 13 – Fargo Celebration at The Lights in West Fargo 

June 10 – Dickinson Celebration at Phat Fish Brewery 

August 12 – Bismarck/Minot Celebration at the new Bismarck office which will include ribbon-cutting ceremony
